Retention of Services As A Mediator
The mediation fee is calculated based on an hourly rate of $250.00 per party for two parties, $180.00 per party for three parties, and $145.00 per party for four or more parties. The fee includes pre-mediation preparation and post-mediation follow-up time related to the matter. Fees are divided equally among the parties.
For out-of-state or complex mediations, please call for rates.
The following minimum charges apply:
- Time spent at the mediation
- Preparation for the mediation
- Post-mediation follow-up time related to the matter
Fees are divided equally among the parties. A “party” is generally determined by representation; for example, a case involving a claim and counterclaim would typically be considered a four-party matter.
There are no administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees.
Cancelation Policy
For cancellations made within thirty days of the scheduled mediation, a fee of $2,000 for a scheduled half-day or $3,000 for a scheduled full-day mediation will be charged, in addition to any charges for time actually incurred.

80+ jury trials inform a practical, experienced approach to mediation
For nearly five decades, Bradley R. Jardine has built an extensive career as a trial attorney, handling complex civil matters throughout Arizona. A State Bar Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation for more than 30 years, Brad has tried more than 80 cases to jury verdict, representing individuals, businesses, insurers, school districts, municipalities, counties, and the State of Arizona.
Brad’s experience spans personal injury and wrongful death, professional negligence, product liability, insurance bad faith and coverage, and the defense of public entities. His work has included catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims as well as complex professional liability and commercial matters. This broad courtroom experience gives him a practical understanding of the legal, factual, and human considerations that shape difficult disputes.
As a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) with the rank of Advocate, Brad has also held significant professional leadership roles within the State Bar of Arizona. He has served as both a member and Chair of the Board of Legal Specialization and previously completed a seven-year term on the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Examinations. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers since the program’s inception in Arizona and has received an AV Preeminent® peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Now bringing that depth of experience to mediation, Brad draws on decades spent evaluating cases, trying matters before juries, and working with parties on both sides of complex disputes. His approach is grounded in preparation, practical insight, and a clear understanding of the risks and realities parties face when a case proceeds to trial.
